National Multifamily Housing Council Releases 2020 List of Nation's Top 50 Owners, Managers, Top 25 Builders, Developers and Top 10 Syndicators
WASHINGTON, D.C. April 16, 2020 – United Apartment Group earned national recognition today by making the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) 2020 NMHC 50, the annual ranking of the nation’s largest apartment owners, managers, developers, builders and syndicators. United Apartment Group is the 47th apartment MANAGER in the country, with 33,023 NUMBER OF UNITS MANAGED.

This year marks the 31st edition of the NMHC Top 50 lists. NMHC partners with Kingsley Associates, a leading real estate research and consulting firm for the NMHC 50’s research and analysis. All apartment owners, managers, developers, builders and syndicators are invited to answer a survey questionnaire that asks about their prior year activities. Apartment owners, managers, and syndicators are ranked based on their portfolio holdings (either owned or managed) as of January 1, 2020, while developers and builders are ranked based on the number of units started in 2019.

Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group are partnering for the second year to determine America's Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024.
"America's Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024" recognizes the greatest workplaces in the United States by their performance on a range of relevant metrics from the perspective of women in the workforce. Our study involved an assessment of publicly accessible data, discussions / interviews with HR professionals, and large-scale confidential online surveys conducted among women working for U.S. companies that employ more than 500 employees in 2023 and that employ more than 1,000 employees in 2022.
The interviewed women provided insights and experiences on corporate culture, working conditions, and other aspects of their current employer and other companies they are familiar with. We interviewed >142,000 female employees in the U.S. and collected over 848,000 comprehensive company reviews. This makes America's Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024 one of America's largest independent employee studies.
